Karl Rikki Castillo’s latest scam is that he falsely claims to own “700 hectares of CBD rich hemp in Europe”.

This is a blatant lie. Karl has shared numerous videos and photos of hemp crops being harvested, and photos of himself ‘on the farm’ while visiting in an effort to make all his lies sound real.

In actual fact, Karl Castillo is little more than a broker to a broker to a broker.

Karl Castillo has no direct link to any contracts with Hemp farmers or finance. Perhaps someday Karl will con some unsuspecting investor into backing a deal and represent the funds as his own.

To make this scam more legitimate, Karl Castillo formed a company called Hibaca Limited (Company #11844446) in Feb 2019 It was a year later when the excitement around the CBD gold rush lost its shine.

 Mr. Karl Castillo (1968) has 2 known “business” associates for Hibaca Limited are Mr. John Hilton (1967), residing in Poland, and Mr. James Badgett (1981) residing in London.

All three associates now call themselves ‘farmers‘.

Karl Castillo has never grown a living plant in his life, let alone farmed or managed operations or sales for a field with hundreds of hectares of hemp crops.

According to Companies House, Karl Castillo’s associate, James Badger, also set up another entity with a similar name which is still active, HIBACA HOLDINGS LTD (Company number 11898569).
